I had the absolute joy of photographing Kayla and Trav’s sweet newborn, Theodore (“Theo”). It feels like just yesterday I was capturing their engagement session and wedding day, so getting to photograph this next chapter in their lives was incredibly special.

Theo was an absolute dream, so calm and content. We barely had to pause for bottle breaks, and he loved just laying there, snuggling up with Mom and Dad (and his favorite pacifier!). He already has the sweetest little head of hair in the back, and it looks like it’s going to be fair, just like his dad’s.

Watching Kayla and Trav step into parenthood was the sweetest thing. They are so loving, patient, and incredibly sweet with Theo. It’s clear they are absolute naturals, every interaction was filled with tenderness and care. Theo is one very lucky little boy to have such amazing parents. The love in that room was unmistakable, and it was an honor to be able to capture these first precious moments for them.

This shoot was truly one for the heart, and I’m so grateful to have been a part of it.
